Mohammed Al-Saqoor every bone has a CALCAR area so don't forget the Calcar screw. in case if tibial plateau it is the medial condyle which dense and carry most of the wt of mechanical axis.

Sanjay Joseph There are many ways to skin a cat. In other words the same result can often be achieved through different means. I strongly feel that this operation meets all basic principles of modern fixation. Excellent reduction of the joint has been achieved. Adequate buttressing of the condyle is also noted. I feel that this will heal without undue complication. In addition, I also appreciate the detail that this presenter has given us with history and findings as well as detailed imaging both pre and post op.

Nishanth Shetty Rewat Laxman : concept of buttress and antiglide r two diff things..T- buttress can be used b used as antiglide plate. Senior member s kindly correct me if m wrong
