Sadasivan Anand Kumar Inadequate fixation. Could have done a DHS with a trochanteric stabilisation plate from Synthes. Sorry doc but the neck is not adequately fixed.

Sachin Kumar Mall thanx to all, i m also worried about proximal fixation thats why posted this for suggestions , despite of all effort not able to put second screw in neck because of plate contour, local anatomical plates have lots of problem but we cant use synthes implant bcoz of cost factors. once again tnanx and i will keep my fingers cross for better result

Hanume Gowda S N looks dicey...single screw in head that too superior.....
if it was not possible to put screw thro plate you could possibly try putting CC screws from out of plate like miss a nail technique..
I have never donethatbut thought could be an option......Ver más
